Telesales Training

Needing to put a couple of staff through some telesales training - has anyone got any recommendations for Hampshire area? Ideally just a one day course for them.

Zone Marketing Global based in Petersfiled. Pretty sure they do training as well as in house telesales.

In my opinion, you're likely to get better results doing this in house.
Whilst there's alot of good sales trainers about, many repeat the same waffle or similar and little is often gained IMO. For me, I believe it should be tailored around your business, ethics etc This isn't going to happen in your average one day course. You know more than anyone about your own company and what folk 'should, and shouldn't' say. May be better to shortlist some good reading material for them and do some more stuff in house. Good Luck!
