Where to find good .NET developers for top F1 player

Hi all,
I'm looking for advice. I work for a supplier that works for a top F1 player, and we've been tasked with finding good .NET developers (either contract or permanent) with experience of MAT ATLAS telemetry processing systems.
We've gone down traditional advertising routes with some success, but we're still on the lookout for more and considered that this type of site might be the best to get some advice as to where decent software developers who are really passionate about motor sport in general and F1 in particular might be found!
