Hi all

I'm actively seeking a Gen II Cayman, ideally with the below;

2010 onwards
PDK
Sports Chrono
PASM
Bose
<25k miles (or around that figure)
Sports seats
Red or white

If you're thinking of selling, I'm a private buyer and the car is for me. Needs to be in top condition with no issues or upcoming big bills (unless factored into the price, i.e. major service).

Please send me a mail.

Cheers
Vin

Damn sold mine in November that met all that criteria and was massively specced but was high miles. The dealer put it on their forecourt for 29k just to give you a guide price.

I've got the white one on classifieds at the moment at 29k 41k on it and not PDK but ticks all the other boxes. Great car in stoncking condition.

PASM and Chrono on the PDK would be the only must haves for me personally. Its tough to find a Gen 2 as I'm sure you'll find!

Thanks for the responses.

I've seen the white £29k 41k miles manual on the site, looks nice for sure, just a little more miles than I want and it's a manual, really wanting a PDK. I've seen quite a few Gen II's to be honest, sure there are less numbers than Gen 1's but enough out there varying hugely in price, just trying to find the right one for me...

I personally prefer PDK but we seem to be in a minority! There's a nice red pdk on autorader worth checking out.

Thanks, I've seen that one and a couple of others. I assume the Gen II engine is as good as any other when it gets to mid-high miles, and wont affect value too much in the years ahead? With prices being all over the place and a 2010 blue one in NI with 38k at £25-26k there looks to be more than color and spec to consider...

Gen 2 are proving to be very good nothing like the old 3.4. Spec is the main consideration. I've had some really nice cars in that potential buyers have passed on just for it not having BOSE or nav. Each to their own!

Mine had nearly 80k on it when I sold it all from me since new in Jan 2010. Most issues covered by warranty apart from a drive belt tensioner.

The PDK far outsells the manual doesn't it?

Hi Vinny-I'm trading mine in against a Jag. 2010, white, 41000 miles, PDK & sports chrono. I'm only the second owner. Had a major service at Porsche June '14 - due minor service this June. 19" wheels. Heated seats/steering wheel. Unfortunately I'm in N.I.
