after 3500 miles my new front tyres have had to be replaced as the inside edges are worn through to the canvas. is this because of negative camber and i should rotate the tyres or something more sinister?

Yup, get somewhere that knows their TVRs to do a proper geometry check on it.

It’s fairly normal for Tuscans to wear the insides of the front tyres quicker than the outsides, even with the geometry set correctly. But to be worn out after only 3500 miles is excessive and suggests your car needs a geometry check.

Personally, I picked the same tyres (255/35 ZR18s) front and rear partly because of this reason... if the inside edge wears quickly (thankfully it's not doing at the mo), I can switch them over & get more life out of them.

It's normal but only because they're set wrongly all teh time.
the dealers for some reason insist on setting the front wheels parallel .. but that leads to toe-out in compression because ofthe bump steer in the front of the cerbera-chassised cars.
Camber doesn't kill the tyres, toe out does. Get them to sort that first.
