Yes, my dipstick is at the back of the engine. How did yours go bang then and what did you have done to it that meant you ended up with the dipstick at the front. Second hand newer engine or a rebuild? Cheers
It was one of the jelly engines with the dodgy crank, it snapped in half, pistons came through side of the engine also smashed the heads, fly wheel came apart smashed the clutch and bell housing so from the front of the gearbox it was renewed as was completely destroyed, that was in 2001 and they moved the dipstick to the front of the engine in late 98 early 99, so Cerb now has a 2001 engine with all the internal upgrades Gassing Station | Cerbera | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff



now has the dipstick at the front of the engine so much easier to check oil
