I'd be interested in taking a look for you, is it just the logo you want doing?

Drop me a pm with your number and I can give you a call tomorrow to discuss if you want.

Some of the work we do can be seen at www.ocds.co.uk

Just out of interest, what sort of money would a having a logo designed run to?

Also, your "contact us" page is returning a load of garbage for me...

Not sure a car wash could be considered a "start-up" but loads of people on Fiverr offer cheap logos that would probably work.

Well it's a business that he's starting up so not sure what else you'd class it as?

A new business, start-up is not really applicable to a car wash unless there is some amazing new innovation or something?

"A startup company or startup or start-up is an entrepreneurial venture or a new business in the form of a company, a partnership or temporary organization designed to search for a repeatable and scalable business model."

I used fiverr for some work and it was a very good way to get something BUT you do need to go in with a basic idea of what you want so that you can choose the right people to offer the work to. I ended up with a landscape/banner logo and a square logo for printing etc and paid in the region of £40 which was largely due to me wanting them quickly and in different colour variants.

Before I looked at fiverr I did look at the other companies but the big operators will relieve you of closer to £200 BUT they work in a slightly different way and you don't necessarily need to have a clear picture of the basic style you're after.

In short, I used fiverr, it was a good experience just make sure you have a rough idea of what you're after.

If you're interested here's a post about the experience: http://www.bokoshoko.com/2015/09/thatll-be-fiverr-...

I think the key bit is the last bit. While the OPer could have 500 car washes, does this make it a startup? Otherwise every new company is a startup.

Just as an aside, out of interest I took a look at your example work (I am also in the midst of setting up something new and need a logo).

The first example on "our work" for SWR - "Cheif Executive Officer". In terms of an eye for detail etc etc, you might want to take a look.

nice write up and i really like your logo choice.

hand car wash with jets and wash mitts seems to the standard now, detailing is something we will go in to later as we have the space, aiming to use good quality products and have a good cleaning process.
