Solicitors in Leeds

Got an issue with a non paying (student) tenant who is ducking calls and not replying to any correspondence. Lettings agency are about as useful as a chocolate teapot so looks like I need to find a solicitor and start legal proceedings.

Anyone recommendations from you local folk?
