Standard tyres M6 2010

hi...tentatively looking at an 2010 M6 and was wondering if they come with run flats as standard? If so, was there ever an option for normal tyres? If so, is there a spare or do they give a tyre sealant?

BMW M cars don't come with run flats from the factory.

No runflats as said, the car will have a sealant and compressor which you'll find is utterly useless.
