What is your expected turnover to be?

What is your expected profit to be?

Is there any serious inherent risk - either financial or other - in the business?

Will the business need to borrow from the start?

Start as a sole trader, then once you are sure it is a going concern, sell the sole trader business into a Ltd business.

If your confident, ie done it before and have business from day one I'd just go LTD.

Always feel it looks better to potential customers to be LTD and VAT reg. Perhaps my opinion if based on my industry though so maybe not applicable to all

The tax advantage of this has now been cancelled, so unlikely to be beneficial.
