VW's Director of Motorsport.
Odd choice having someone come from a "non F1" company?
Or are McLaren looking to form some sort of alliance with VW in the future?

Hopefully he can work with Honda more successfully than the current management team. He does come from a big car company and has a passion for bikes...

I don't fully understand the corporate structure of Mclaren. They seem to have more CEO's a directors of something or other than any other team. Hope it all works for them though. Looking forward to seeing how winter testing goes.

Same bloke who gave us the mk11 Focus RS.

Great car.

Guess McLaren are after someone different to shake things up a bit or Ron just needs a new scape goat for when things don't work out next year.
