Guys, My wife, her three siblings and Mother own a share of a property in Italy which was bequeathed to them when her Father died. The rest was owned by various other Uncles etc. Over the years one Uncle has bought the others out until now my wife and family are the only shareholders left that havn't sold out to him. She has today received a solicitors letter from Italy stating that the Uncle will force a 'communion dissolution' and that under Italien law the civil code favours majority owners if they don't accept his financial offer.
I've googled for Italien lawyers from this country but a recommendation from you lot would help immensely. Better still if any of you specialise in Italien law.
