964 RS for sale with Ruf conversion

Looking through the classifieds I was struck recently by how much the 964 RS has gone up in value.

What I did see was this car

So I thought I would look to see if there are any cheaper, ideally a ruby stone one and then I saw this.

Would the RUF aspect add value, it much be a very rare car?
