Another advert issue

The ad itself is related to my browsing history

However its a type of ad I havent seen before. It begins in the usual PH ad space on the right side of the 5th post. Suddenly on screen words say expanding and it takes over most of the page while dimming the rest. There is no X button to get rid of the thing

Since that day, it hasnt reappeared tho
