Does anyone know of a reputable contract lawyer who can assist me with engineering consultancy/ services contracts. In the Northamptonshire area would be good, but not essential.

The contracts are to provide services on a range of work - in UK, and US/ Canada for the most part.

Thanks!!

What sort of thing are you looking for? Occasional review of consultancy contracts before you sign up to them?

Yes, basically. I have a great insurance broker who reviews the contracts from an insurance validity point of view but I also feel the need to have use of a contract lawyer to review the contracts in certain cases, as well as review my own business documents.

I have in-house council who does that (global engineering firm), but they may also work externally as well - I can have a word if you like.
