I like to look sometimes and today I see 20 adverts for about 16 cars maybe?

Usually there's only one or two.

Are these all real cars for sale or just fishing again from dealers wondering where the market is.

See what you mean - jeez £160k for a minter - really?!!!!! They have been for sale for a while. I'd be a seller at these levels without a doubt and jump into a Huracan LP-580 2!

To be fair, the 458 looks very much more attractive at that price! Mind you last time I was at Maranellos parked next to one the cheeky, brutish, purposeful, oldschool, classic lines of the GT2 looked fabulous. And the brutal way it took me down the road when I left felt fabulous smile

As much as I love my Porsches and GT2s in particular I'd kick it out of bed for a 458 GTB too. Driven both and the 458 is an amazing car - good VFM if you know what I mean in comparison to a GT2.

ha ha don't get me wrong at the right money I'd take the GT2 in a heart beat but at Fezza/Lambo money has to be the Italians all day long I'm afraid. Right money for me to buy a mint 6 GT2 is £75k to £85k for a special low miles car - not £160k IMO.

997 GT2 £90k to £110k again for mint less than 15k-20k mile car and in my book thats top money.

997 GT2 RS circa £200k reluctantly I suppose but I would rather have a GT2 at the right money as the RS isn't actually all that more special when you look at its technical spec vs a GT2.

At £350k God there are so many more special cars I can think of for even less money i.e. 458 Speciale, F12, F12 TDF, 430 Scuderia, Huracan LP 580, 488 GTB, Aventador SV and the list just goes on and on I'm afraid. GT2 as well engineered as it is is only a 911 after all and everyones cottoned on the market is hyped - mark my words to actually sell a car to the trade I very much doubt one could get much more than the figures i quoted above. The white 7 GT2 at Top 555 I turned down at £90k when it had 17k miles as it has a RR5. Now up for £150k at 21k miles WTF???!!!

If you want a real 911 buy an air-cooled like your 964 turbo - everything after 1998 a facsimile trying to ape its ancestor and not worth the hyped prices IMO (if you're buying them to drive the wheels off them).
