F430 - 31250 mile service

Hello All,
I have this service coming up and was wondering where other have had theirs done and the cost?
I have had a few varying quotes from main dealers and one specialist.
At this time I am inclined to go with a main dealer because the car is under warranty.
Any help is appreciated.

It'd be tidier for the warranty to keep it in the network - the many other similar threads have mentioned a variety of preferences over the years including booking via servicethecar and that many dealers will price match and/or collect so someone like Carrs in Exeter become very competitive (and have often been recommended)

it is classed as a major service, yes all fluids inc coolant and power steering + spark plugs and others that i can not remember at this time. You really ought to add a coolant change to that list but many places leave that one off the list.
Also, 12 hours is a joke. A 31,250 service on an F430 would be able to be done in a very leisurely day. A 360 should take longer because the rear bumper needs to be removed to clean the gearbox filter but many places don't bother.
To give you an idea on the timings, it is feasible to do a major service and cambelt change on a 360 in a day.

I did think 12 hours was a bit odd for a mechanic who works for a main dealer.

Yeah, same here. I did explain to one specialist that they wouldn't need to change the cam belt after that was included in the service.
