Am I blind or can't I change my email address??

I've changed my email address and can't see in my profile how I update it? It's greyed out & says verified but there is no option to change it from what I can see??

Can't believe you can't change your email address yourself. This must be the only website on the whole internet where it isn't possible!

What a joke!!! This website has gone proper st IMHO & isn't worth the bother. It looks like my 9yr old made it!! It has a reputation from the past but that's all it is...in the past.

PH i'm done!! Waste of time forum if you can't even change your own email address!! What is this the 90's!!

Hi all

I understand your frustrations regarding this I believe it was changed from a security perspective, before my days at Ph i'm afraid so I can't tell you more, but I agree that the function shouldn't be showing whether greyed out or not.

I will request that this is changed to an email link instead.

'From a security perspective' email addresses can't be changed by users. Seriously, you couldn't make this st up. I can change my email on my online banking, and on my share dealing, but not on a car forum. Someone upstairs needs to have a word with themself!
