Biturbo diesel in New A5

Do you think Audi will put their Biturbo diesel engine into something smaller than an A6? I know it is used on some of the Q cars like SQ5, I was wondering whether they would put it into the new A5? Maybe wishful thinking, think it would great if they did...

Doubt it, the a5 will get the new 272ps 3.0 tdi in the new a4, when the new a5 arrives that is

I don't think so and it's been denied in interview a couple of times; too much crossover with the S5.

As suggested, the 272PS 3.0 diesel is a better bet.

Although it isn't impossible the RS5 TDI concept is hinting at a future S/RS product.

So looks like the new 3.0tdi has had a big power gain compared to the previous engine.
