First off, Im not daft. I know it's just a computer error and it'll likely be put back to normal sooner rather than later, but my credit card just paid itself off.

Zero balance. 100% available to spend, according to the Natwest app. There's no record of a big payment being made. So, yeah, computer error, but has anyone ever?

"RBS" and "computer glitch"

So, you're saying I should buy an MX5 with the freshly zero'd balance?

Or are you saying I should get the 535 remapped?

Unless you're telling me to do both... it's both, isn't it?

I had a very similar thing with my Nationwide credit card a few months ago OP.

Checked the balance (on both the app and online) and it was showing £0 with my full limit to spend. I'm afraid that in my example however, 2 days' later, it was corrected.

I did call Nationwide to query what had gone on and they put it down to "an error with their systems".
