Fidgety/Anxious after training
Discussion
Has anyone experienced similar effects after weights training?
Like a feeling of being drained/weak and anxious after the workout and the next day. Hard to describe.
Makes it hard to continue to keep training, supposed to feel good after a workout but after weights I dont.
Doesn't happen after going for run/playing game of football.
I try to keep my diet in check but due to work obligations I am limited to
choice and options of foods I can consume. I really dont think diet is an issue though.

Maybe a clearer way to put it is, I work in a remote area and can only have a diet of what is provided in the canteen where I work. I prefer fresh foods and meats if at all possible but at work it's not really possible. Frozen vegetables and cheap fatty cuts of meats/chicken are the norm which is a real pain.
When I'm not working I buy better stuff which is every 5th week.
I'm not new to training but haven't been training much for weights for the last year or two. Gyms bore the s
t out of me. I try to keep to my workouts to full body ones in an active form 2/3 times a week.
Last gym session 5 exercises x 5 rounds x10 reps or as many as I can do towards 4 and 5 round. Couple mins rest between rounds while I get back into it.
Bench press
Pull ups
Deadlift
Press up
Military press
The only real thing I can put it down to is not enough sleep. I always like to get min 8 hours sleep but working long hours this doesn't always happen.
Just wondering if anyone else had the same problems otherwise I will just have to try to change my routines somehow to see what makes me feel better.

I have no options for eating other than in the canteen because of my location.
There are no grocery stores/restaurants or the likes where I am.
Yes I know diet is as important if not more so, when trying to be in a particular
shape or for certain goals but I dont see that as a factor with this issue.
My diet is reasonable for sure could be improved but in my current situation not much.
It is a strange one and probably one I will have to decipher by myself through elimination...

Why can't you make your own lunch and bring it in though? There are no grocery stores/restaurants or the likes where I am.
