Before deciding on the Tuscan I also looked at the Viper and Corvette. All three have beautiful exteriors. There is only one with a interior to equal the exterior and this is the Tuscan. The Viper is typical American drabness and the Corvette is all buttons and no style (but extremely comfortable). Had the Tuscan not existed I would have opted for the Corvette... This is all my personal opion and is based on aesthetics rather than track day prowess...
I've driven both and also driven the Viper on the track. The Viper is the worst track car I have ever driven, hideous gearbox, steering, handling, driving position etc. etc. I was so dissapointed as I was quite looking forward to having a go in one.
Tuscan is much better drivers car but for trackdays I would go for a Tamora. Only a Tuscan S is quicker round the track and it's almost £15K more which makes the Tamora a bargain...
All in my opinion of course after having a drive in all the above cars...
Had a run around Donnington in a 360 Modena on Saturday and was mightily impressed. But again you could buy 3 TVR's for the money...
