Any thoughts.......

whenever i return to the car after she's been used in the wet, the breaks are stuck on. They unstick simply enough, but is this causing any harm to the pads?

if i'm at home (in the garage) i dont apply the h/brake...still sticks if wet?

anything i should do, or nothing to worry about?

Nothing to worry about. Mine does it, my series 1 used did it. If it gets put away with damp / moist brakes then they stick on. Not much you can do really! Except sit in your garage with a hair dryer on each wheel for a couple of minutes when you park it after a wet run!

They all do it on the standard discs, however when I moved to EBC TurboGrooves and Pagid's it stopped.

EBC and Pagids fixed it on my Elise as well.
Still you can hear the Pagids working...

Niko

You would not get this problem in Greece...
Over here it is very humid.

Are you still on the Lotus pads?
Maybe if you do a few good brakings they will stop.
If the pads need replacing go for the Pagids RS42.

I had the same problem left car in girlfriends parents drive came back two weeks later and made a mess of their drive way as I reversed down the drive way with seized front brakes. They are back to normal now, next time I leave it I will tape plastic to each wheel to stop it happening!
