A chunk of paint has chipped off the edge of the head tube of my frame. The frame seems fine - it's just the paint.

I'm not that bothered about how it looks, but do I need to cover it? I remember hearing something about UV not being good on esposed carbon...

...and if so how? Can I just put say car paint on it? Lacquer it?

Any help gratefully received!

Cervelo told me to use nail varnish, I think I used L'oreal, because I'm worth it... And it was a good colour match

Nail varnish, I took my mech hanger into Superdrug, more selection than Boots and matched the cherry red nearly perfectly.

Thanks!

Time for a ride down to Superdrug. Sounds like it might be full of cyclists!
