Bank Holiday pay

I work two days a week ( mon and Friday) contracted 16hrs p/w. The company has changed the pay/conditions so where i used to get 11 (28/5*2) days paid hols plus BH which were also paid at the full daily rate
Now they have reduced the holiday entitlement to 8 days (20/5*2) plus BH. They also stated that the BH will not now be full rate but pro rata and this will apply to all employees, so those who work only on Tue/Wed/Thurs get the BH paid as i do even though they are never scheduled to work a Mon or Fri.
Am i correct in sayin that the BH pay entitlement to every employee is based on the number of day worked in a week so if you work 5 days you get the full 8 hours and the formula for this is

Daily Hours divided by 5 multiplied by number of days worked.So in my case it would be
8/5*2 = 3.2 hours ( this would also apply to a person working any two from Tues/wed/Thurs

The seem to think it should be 1.6 hours per BH

Who is correct

I have looked through various sites but cannot find a formula to confirm my susspicions

Half way down regarding BH

2x5.6 for your holiday entitlement, they dont have to pay you leave for BH
