FM software

I've recently and unexpectedly become responsible for a medium sized, public building (via a community asset transfer to a charity).

Does anyone recommend any software or website that I can manage the FGM side of things, or am I easier sticking to Outlook & Excel.
It's things like Legionalla testing, fire tests, licences & gas inspections that need scheduling and alerts sending out.
If I did it as a job it would be no problem, I'm doing it in my spare time due to being employed full time elsewhere.
