Commercial property in Yorkshire

Sorry to cross-post but I've just posted up a thread in the Yorkshire section - a friend is looking for a commercial property in Leeds and has asked me to help as he's new to the area.

It occurred to me that this may be a better place to post than the regional forum.

what type of property? offices/industrial?

Industrial really I think.

A completely bare unit of the requisite size and location would probably be ideal.

Has he not contacted any commercial agents in the Leeds area? There are many, including the large international agencies. It should be a breeze to find somewhere very quickly. Try the google route and you'll get private owners ads as well as those from large and small agencies.

I don't think so Johnnie - he's foreign and new to the area so I'm not really sure he's got a specific place in mind. He doesn't know Leeds at all other than visiting once a week from the North East to do his classes.

I'll have a look myself though and see if I can help him narrow down the location a bit. Cheers.

Not in Leeds specifically, but Robert Eaton of Eaton Commercial in Sheffield has given me consistently good quality advice and covers the whole of Yorkshire.
