would you buy a car from a guy who's only other ebay purchase was a Mary Poppins DVD... and it seems he didn't even get that quite right

Why is is selling the car and why are people paying £40,000 for it, surely it's just the deposit/build slot that he's selling since the car isn't complete he wouldn't have paid for it in total yet.

Or am I wrong?

well, if the price doesn't go through the roof (highly unlikely due to the initial high reserve), someone's gonna get a relative bargain, a rarity on Ebay!

It just aint fair - bloody criminal - rant etc... how many PHers would give their right arm (but not foot of course!) to own a brand new in your face TVR, out right, with no finance worries etc. This guy wins one and sells it before even taking delivery - hells teeth, he could have done one run in the thing to see what his missing out on before selling - it's not like he's going to loose any money - he got it for free. Now if I'd won the car......

I know what you mean, we also entered that competition to win the Saggy, however, I probably would also have sold it/part exed it for a Tamora (with a TuscanS engine in it, of course!!)
