Yes they do, I have one in my Griff I am testing out. Still trying to decide between Tuscan and cerb seat.
Tuscan seat, driving position is spot on, great for trackdays taking the cushion out you sit really low and wedged in. Problem is still not 100% certain it is the right look for the Griff and it gives me back ache on long journeys.
Cerebra seat, driving position is higher than the Tuscan seat, doesn't feel as good as the Tuscan. No ability to take cushion out but for me they are really comfortable, they feel sculpted, no back ache on long journeys and suit the car better.
You will need to either drill new holes in the floor or drill new holes in the seat rails. In my experience you do not want to include the spacers from the existing Chim seats.

Everyone's back is different, and so is the upholstery condition of second hand seats.
I am surprised you find Tuscan seats give you back ache on long journeys, Matthew, as you are a mere whipper-snapped. At my advanced age I find most car seats an abomination, which is the main reason my daily driver is a Saab 9-5.
My Tuscan seats are almost brand new, really comfortable, the lumbar support airbag works as it should and I get no back ache on the 130 miles to London. IIRC, your trial Tuscan seat was a tad knackered. Could that be the reason you get back ache?

I agree with that, when I tried your Tuscan seats out they were super comfy, the back cushion on mine are pretty solid and not very comfortable, as you also experienced when you tried them out. Adrian at Central TVR does has some new replacement Tuscan seat foams but to be honest I am not sure I want to take the risk of paying for a re-trim with the new foams and the back ache issue not being resolved.I am surprised you find Tuscan seats give you back ache on long journeys, Matthew, as you are a mere whipper-snapped. The Cerebra seats I do find to be sculpted and they do solve two of the issues I personally have with the Tuscan seats. My main complaint with the Tuscan seats is the lack of shoulder support, my shoulders rest on the side bolsters which come up to form the headrest, looks great from a design point of view but not very comfortable for shoulder support. My other complaint is they are a bit too wide, even with my rotund figure I tend to rattle around in them a bit, the Cerb seats fit like a glove, I would just need to make sure I don't get any fatter otherwise I would probably not fit between the bolsters.
I think I will go for the cerb seats but get the fibreglass at the bottom of the seat cut out and webbing installed as per the Tuscan seat design so I sit a little lower. I want to see if I can get the length of the bottom cushion extended a bit as well as they are a bit short compared to the Tuscan seats and I like the way the Tuscan seats are longer and raise up a bit to provide the extra leg support.
I have tried playing around with the existing foam and I have found this modification gives the perfect ride height for me and a decent level of leg support. Only issue is with the thin layer of foam the seat is a bit harder now which is why I am thinking thicker foam, cut the fibreglass base out and have webbing installed.

Pretty much that, well ones that aren't bent twisted stained and still over £1k at well known TVR breakers. 
Your interior looks stunning, but I'm toying with the idea of a car change really so dropping a few £k on a Retrim probably isn't going to happen.

Always the same story with cars, you buy one you like, spend years and $$$ upgrading / restoring it to get it where you want in to be. Once you had had it for a while you then come to the realisation that your are only around be for said amount of years and you want to try different things. Invariably the grass is not greener and you end up pining for what you had before. You spend loads of money on the new one and the cycle repeats itself!Colour of yours is really nice, reminds me of the colour of the Aston DB7 vantages, California sage green iirc. Looks good on the Ford RS diamond cut alloys as well, a modern take on the original TVR Estoril wheels.
