I'm totally new to stocks. Can anyone explain this "Open Offer" from Tritax Big Box REIT please??

http://tritaxbigbox.co.uk/pressrelease/tritax-big-...

So I can buy more stock at a discount? (offer is 124p, closed today at 130p)

Can I buy more than "1 New Ordinary Share(s) for every 11 Existing Ordinary Shares" ??

What happens if I do nothing?

I read something about not being able to sell these new shares, is that a temporary restriction?

Are you an existing shareholder? If so you will get a letter soon. If you own, say, 11,000 shares you will be able to buy, as of right, 1,000 ,more at 124p. You can apply to buy more than 1,000 (Ie if others don't take up their rights).

The lower price is still above the NAV but if I had shares I would probably take up my allocation if I had the money,

oops Yes I am a shareholder, I should of mentioned that. A very small amount, so will probably try applying for more than my allocation.
