Ford focus st170 clunk feel when turning right

My st170 has developed a clunk feeling when I turn the wheel right when stationary or slow speeds. Only to the right from 12 o'clock and happens at the 1o'clock mark. There is no audible sound when it clunk's. Any ideas what this mite be?

Sounds like track rod end/ball joint or rack, you will need to try to replicate it when under the car to identify it any further than that.
