Hi All.

I need to set up an online help desk for some clients (max 20) who are using a managed service from us. There aren't too many requirement:

- Simple for clients to use
- Simple for us to use (small support team of about 5)
- Ideally integrate with google Apps

That's about it. Any recommendations for, or against, products are gratefully received.

I've used Zendesk which was nice, currently on Asana which I find I prefer for me personally, feels a bit more flexible and lightweight.

We use Kayako, it does everything we need it to.

Something that was very important for me was monthly reports of tickets, that I could send to customers that have support contracts with us.
