Seems to me, that there are three options "hot", "too hot" or "microwave meltdown".

Oh what a joy when the summer arrives and the lid can stay off!

Wet is in the dictionary, as is windy. Parky, freezing the balls of a golden monkey and a bit blowy all figure too. Sadly they had no room for "hot" or "cold".






The knobs and chrismas tree lights are some of the prettiest on the planet though, aren't they?

i trust youve calibrated your water valve shut position to the control knobs cold position? you should be able to get frezing cold at this time of year.

I had this problem when i brought my griff, the control valve had sized up, it has been bloked of at the mo with some solid alloy bar,

I seem to manage to get cold air and hot air, having read many post of this ilk in the past, I've come to the conclusion that this is not the norm. Oh well, I'm not going to worry too much.

What other car's handbook says "don't park over dried leaves because they can catch fire from the engine's heat". It's this eccentricity that I love about TVR's.

Yep, the valve can be out of trim. On mine, as the dash heats up, the valve moves ! Had to rewire so it can only move when i press the knob at the same time as turning.
