Watching online betting - Is this a thing?

Some friends have a potential tenant (youngish fairly attractive girl) to claims to earn her money from people paying to watch her do online betting. I've never heard of this and am a bit suspicious that she may be earning from alternative websites <ahem> in which case they would not want her around their properties as they are very much against that type of thing.

So it this actually "a thing"

They're all watching attractive women playing games on the internet these days.
