About to fit gaz gold coilovers, could someone give a base setting to work from for heght , damping I use it for fast road no track work it's a 40l chim thank in anticipation cheers Keith

I set mine at a minimum of three fingers above the top of the tyre, anything lower will rub on tract/heavy braking/cornering.

Set it up with approx 160mm rear and 140mm front under the outrigger corner plates.

You are trying to achieve the rear wishbones in a level plane with a slight nose down attitude.

Cut two sections of dowel or a bit of scrap wood to length to make checking easier.

Always roll the car back and fourth to allow the suspension to settle before checking after adjustments.
