Annoying error messages

Whenever I reply to certain topics and then hit the 'Return to topic button' I get an error message

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

The one that is giving this problem at the moment is 'a bit council'.

Is this an issue with the forum?

Feels like a sync issue - quite often What's New and My Stuff is a few seconds or a minute behind.

I'm not sure it is. It happens with any thread where characters like " or ' are used in the title.
