Hi guys,

So...very annoying! Pulled the cover off to go for a drive at the weekend (first one this year and it was ACE!) But somehow over winter with the cover on the rear light cluster has got damaged frown

There were some brand new ones available a while back, anyone know if there are any around? Need a pair as the other had a small crack too.

Cheers!

Mark is correct - I think it was Mr Tank (Andy) that was advertising them on Pistonheads parts until recently. He may well have some "in stock". Douglas Valley breakers also have a number of Wedges being stripped so you may well get a light unit from them.

Cheers chaps.

I've sent a message so fingers crossed...mine are cracked so not the absolute end of the world but with how the rest of the car is, its a real shame frown

Bought my last set of Renault Fuego rear lights for the 400SE from Andrew Page motor factors.

It was a while ago but they arrived the next day.

Would certainly be worth giving them a call...

If it's only cracking I'm sure the old ones can be saved with the correct solvent and some plastic welding.

Possibly but mine has developed a crack and i think its being in the cold..Mind you i should imagine that after nearly 30 years the plastic may have become like toffee...

Thanks Guys, will try factors tomorrow!

They are still OK, cracks are from being brittle. I'm just a fussy customer!

There was a good one on the flea that didn't sell, I've asked the seller to re-list it.

Alternative lights.....always a good way to go. Pick the right car and you won't have a problem finding a replacement.

I would be very interested in how you get on as I contacted them via there website, admittedly in English and got no reply. Thought it may be prudent to get a couple of spare ones just in case.

Given the rarity of them not too bad a price - at least they are still available.
