Page displaying all over the place

I haven't seen anyone else mention this but it's doing my head in after the trouble with the forum the other day. Every page on the forum displays in the wrong place as below;



It always displays to the right of the page. If I zoom in I can get to see the left of the page but by that time I'm zoomed in so far I can't see. Also as I type this, every letter I type sends the page all over the place.

I'm using my iPhone 6S so not sure if it is a mobile problem or not.
