We need some new pans and these look good BUT I can't decide between the enamel and the induction range. We only have a gas hob but is there any other real difference? The non stick has a different name I see

Can get the 13 piece enamel for 110 or the induction for 250 both from John Lewis have vouchers for no

Any feedback or suggestions

Seems I can get the 13 piece induction for 174 from Amazon so might just go for them

Not the same, but I picked up the tefal 'Jamie Oliver' enamelled 30cm frying pan recently, it's excellent.

We have Inegnio pans, and they were bought as replacements for Jamie Oliver labelled Tefal pans. Oddly the JOliver version the non-stick interior was poor, but oddly, on the Ingenio, they seem better - though both from Tefal! wobble

The fact Ingenio have removal handles makes storage easier, too. Stacking!
(We have deep drawers beneath the hob for all frying and saucepans, and simply use paper plates in between the non-stick ones to prevent damage - works well.)

it seems that the 3 levels of ingenio pan have different non stick coatings! just to make things harder
