Removing a 996 GT3 Rev Dial
Discussion
Hello people,
Long story short, fancied a chance of dial colour and so purchased a dial from Porsche Dials (dont use him, see rennlist 993 section for more details). Anyway, managed to strip the unit down fairly easily and pry off the needle (no doubt ive broken the gears within)
But can not get this grommet out and the only guid eive found is for a 997 where the guy cut the grommet out as its rubber and this is plastic.
So before i conceded defeat and ask Reap to do it for me, has anyone got an idea on how to do it/has done it before? A few friends have all suggested hair dryer and pliers but any other suggestions?

Thanks
