PAS Question

Have had increasingly noisy power steering over the past few weeks. According to previous posts on this forum and info in the Bible, it is most likely that my PAS fluid levels are low. However, upon inspection, there isn't a dip stick attached to the underside of the PAS reseviour lid. Can anyone give me an indication of how far from the top the PAS reseviour should be filled to?

Also, does anyone know a stockist for Mobil ATF220 in the Leicester area?

The level should be between 1 and a half and 2 inches (will measure mine in a bit to be more precise)

Any ATF fluid should be fine - can be picked up from most service stations

Thanks. So, assuming my Chim came with ATF220 - is it okay to mix the fluid if I use a different ATF?

The ATF should have Dexron 2 or 3 approval, you will find that most have anyway. Once you fill it up go lock to lock a few times and it will bleed any air out
