Seems they are not bothering to open open up the public road sections this year between the start of Wednesday practice and the end of Thursday night practice. Friday will be open though.
For some values of open. They will probably close Mulsanne to Arnage at some point to prevent hoonigans binning it in their nice gravel at Indianapolis.
