I had 3 of them, each layer contained a sickly amount of melted cheese and chorizo. It was beautiful

Every year we try something 'different' but always end up coming back to lemon and sugar. BBC Good Food recipe for batter worked very well.

Misses got back too late for pancakes yesterday, tonights pancakes will be accompanied by a variety of toppings (but not at the same time) including cheese, smoked salmon, ham, berries, alongside the standards (sugar, nutella, honey etc).
