and how can I get rid of it to access any web pages. Any address I put in, it just goes to this. Ran a few programs AdAware and spybot, got rid of a load of malware etc.. done System restore.

I need to access the internet to download and run some adware tools properly.

cheers

Did it just happen? If so, restore your registry from about a week ago and then try to log onto the net...

I don't know, it's a mates computer I've got to try and fix, No luck yet. I've tried all sorts of spyware and adware fixes, browser hijack software etc.. to no avail.

He has two internet accounts AOL and BT Openworld. Can't get online with AOL at all, but can get online with BT, as soon as a web address is put in it goes to what the title of this thread is.

Can't even get a line with create new connection in My Computer.

LOad firefox and down load MS anti-spyware

I had a similar problem with a spyware IE addon

Only MS anti-spyware got rid of it
