Just noticed this :

www.pistonheads.com/ads/adverts.asp?s=6

The top advert - 4.7 litre special edition Cerbera. Never heard of it. Anyone know more?

Please let me know as this sounds interesting.

Cheers,

Paul

...and one of two???

Sounds Meaty

or

Sounds Fishy?

Or perfectly explainable as the "press car" of the day

I've got a feeling they did do a few of these. I seem to remember Steve at Thames Valley Ractech had a yellow 4.7 Cerbie in for some work a while back.

Im sure the factory would be able to confirm it's orginality.

It's just the most beautiful car in the world and I think those original 4.5 style wheels are the dog's dooberies.
Whadya call that light blue metallic finish? I think this suits the Cerbera (and Tuscan) perfectly.
I don't think there's another car on the planet where it physically hurts when I behold thus.
Like Nigel Tufnell's 1953 Gibson whatsit with custom pick-up, it's too good to even look at.

Just done a bit of a search as I seem to remember a similar thread a while back. Have a read of this... one of the reply's mentions a 4.7.

Ps Agree with you Derestrictor, Cerbera's look awesome in any colour! Just hope they do it justice with the rumoured replacement.

The race Tuscans use 5ltr AJP's... now that really has to hurt.

On similar lines, saw a cerbie advertised on autotrader yesterday, claimed to have passenger side airbag and traction control system, vendor was "monaco-cars.com".

I prefer the Parker Fly in Metallic cherry red, just like the one I have at home

Seen a similar thing before, it's basically car dealers who know nothing about TVR's, the one I saw said it had ABS They just think all modern cars are the same, if it's a car you are interested in treat it as a private sale, as the dealer will be as much use as a chocolate fire guard if anything goes wrong

The silvery-blue pearlescent one is Nuvola, not to be confused with the vastly superior Crystal Topaz which is goldy-blue pearlescent.
