quick SOGA question

bought a tv from currys 21st jan, green lines appeared today on it. Only a cheap own brand 32" but have thrown box away. What are my SOGA or whatever it is called nowdays rights?

You've got a proof of purchase I assume? You don't really need to know your rights at this stage as they will likely just refund/replace..

Box not required. I would insist on a refund and then re-purchase, and not simply exchange.
