Looking to buy a tool for testing vacuum lines. Never had one of these sort of tools before, considering one of the Mityvac range. Anybody have one these? Any recommendations on whether these are worth the money or an alternative product is preferred?

Thanks smile

I've got one. Very useful piece of kit, used primarily for screen repairs but I've also used it to test car cooling systems. It's found a couple of leaks for me, incl a faulty expansion tank cap.

I've had mine for a few years. Used it mostly for brake bleeding, but have also used it to build a pump to transfer ATF into a transmission and released a fuel return valve to depressurise a fuel injection system. If I lost/broke it I'd definitely buy another one.

I use one in our workshop. I have already replaced ours when the old one packed up. I wouldn't be without it.

I've got one, great for bleeding awkward brakes and diagnosing wonky vacuum things, advance/retard diaphragms etc.
