Odd ball over Manchester

Just been over flown by a quad prop which I have never seen before - most odd shape. Turns out to be Ukrainian?

There's one or two a week fly over us here, the droning noise is quite distinctive - no need to fire up FR24 when I hear it !

I think we've had this into Newcastle.

We get quite a few interesting foreigners in mainly to collect bank notes printed at De La Rue in Gateshead.

Been an active couple of days around Barton, I guess due to the clear skies.
We also had a Cesna flying round, and round, and round directly over our office - no idea what he was up to but was flying pretty jenky at times! I presume trying to make a passenger sick LOL. G-ENEA if you want a laugh on flight radar..

These AN-12’s are quite frequent visitors to UK skies now and often fly over my house in Bucks. UR-CNT does also make me chuckle, I’m such a child. UR-CKM, CKL, CAK plus a few others are also around quite a bit but seem to have been less active over the last few weeks.

There is also an AN-24 that’s been to the UK quite a bit with an awesome paint job, its reg is LZ-ABR.

Regular visitors to Robin Hood. I live right over the fence and their early morning departures are better than any alarm clock!

In fact UR-CNT is parked here right now. It's departing some time tomorrow. Hopefully not too early...
