Chimaera Components

OK... so I know the wing mirrors are ex-Citron, the rear lights (on my N plater) ex-Fiesta, steering column garb and stalks ex-Vauxhall, but what about the rest!!!
Is there a definitive list anywhere (or workshop/'Haynes' manual etc) detailing what Chimaera parts originate from where, in the event of malfunction?!
If not, does anyone know where to go to find a replacement electric radiator fan, as my off-side one has given up the ghost...?!
