Audi A4 Avant B9 Build Week

I went for the recent lease deal on the 1.4 Sport A4 Avant B9. Got a good deal through Audi Belfast and ordered on 28th January. No options selected so just standard Sport with solid colour. I've been given Week 18 as the build week. This seems like quite a long wait, though I have no idea how these tihngs work and maybe since it's a fairly new model that's to be expected.

Anyone else take the recent deals and been given a build week? Or any experience of build weeks changing dramatically?

I'd love to have a build week! Ordered an S8 at the beginning of December with a promise of delivery 1st March or probably sooner. As of today I have no build week or indeed any other information other than "it's delayed''. This on top of the dealer refusing to accept my original choice of colour and trim. Deeply unimpressed with Audi at the moment and although I got a good deal and I'm sure it's a fantastic car, I wish I hadn't ordered it.

I'm the same. Order the A4 Saloon on 1st Feb and got build week 17. I'm hoping it will come down a little as I'd like the car in May but that looks unlikely in the current timeframe.

I ordered a 3.0TDi Quattro sport Avant in January, standard car in white, I was originally given a build week of 15 then a couple of weeks later the build week changed on the Audi car tracker to week 12, 3 weeks ago the build date disappeared all together, dealer still hoping for delivery date of the end of April, here's hoping!!

Well mine still hasn't changed, Week 18 build still. Dealer says he can't supply me an order number as Audi Fleet won't give him one, so I can't track it online. So either have to be patient or hassle the sales guy every week for any updates.

My car changed to the preparation stage in your Audi on Thursday and now showing it will start getting built on Monday 28th WK13, surprised you cant get your 8 digit order number, my broker (fleet services) contacted the Audi dealer and they supplied it no problem back on the 25th January.
