The DB10 is basically a rebodied V8 Vantage. So I am wondering how long it will take for somebody to sell a DB10 bodykit?

I'm sure the AM lawyers are perched ready to swoop if someone does.

Plus would anyone with any sense, really buy one ????

That never seem to have stopped anybody from doing MR2/Ferrari body kits.

I am sure plenty of sense lacking people could be found.

Was wondering as there is one of the original ones up for auction at Christie's, and they expect it to change hands for between 1 and 1.5 million £. Given that 10 year old Vantages are rather affordable these days, if one doesn't care to upgrade the interior, there is a quick buck to be made.

Personally, I prefer the looks of the standard Vantage. On pictures at least the DB10 looks a bit odd with the squashed headlights and the unproportional big wheel arches in the back.

Please may this happen - it would be side splitingly funny to see it appear on e-bay, probably based on a 1991 Toyota MR2.

I wonder if this would ever be possible (easily). The DB10 isn't road legal because it doesn't meet the regulations for crash impact standards etc. I think if you tried to re-body it, you might get caught up in lots of red tape. Not saying it couldn't be done - but it might be an ache. That said, I wonder if the lucky buyer of the DB10 would commission Aston to make it road legal somehow. Now THAT would be worth the price tag smile

Please be patient: after the new DB11 (introduced in a few weeks in Geneva) later on the new V8 Vantage will be introduced, which will have lots of similarity to the DB10, but then with the (AMG) 4,0 TT V8 (>510 bhp I assume?)
